ORGANISATION OF INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY and TRAINING AGENCY,
ASF FRANCE THINKS THE TRAINING IS A PRIVILEGED INSTRUMENT OF ITS ACTIONS.
These trainings call upon specific, dynamic and interactive educational methods that allow the trainees to optimize the acquisition of knowledge and know-how useful during their missions.
ASF France volunteers have to develop their abilities to use the international legal instruments protecting Human rights and to transmit their knowledge in this sector to the people they train.
Thus, their missions lead up to either intervene in emergency actions or in long-range actions outside their borders.
That is the reason why ASF introduces trainings every year for all the law practitioners.
ASF France OFFERS 3 TYPES OF TRAININGS FOR THE JUDICIAL SECTOR STAKEHOLDERS:
- *The international legal instruments protecting Human rights’ training : identification, definition and investigation on the International Legal Instruments. Applicability in the internal and external laws. (international courts, International Penal Court, regional and united nations systems protecting Human rights)
- *The International Penal Court training : deals with different issues, such as : the importance of the survey phase and set up, the lawyer’s role in this new crossed system, or even the interaction with the other court stakeholders.
- The trainers training organised in three levels :
- Level 1 – the Basics
- Level 2 – the Strengthening
- Level 3 – the Consolidation
* These trainings can be counted as lawyers’ continuing training.
