Project: "Involvement of Digital Media for Active Prevention of Conflicts and Tensions" (IMPACT)
Aim of the consultancy: The aim of this study is to establish a diagnosis of the texts in force relating to freedom of expression, current practices and the risks for the digital media.
The independent and impartial expertise provided by a consultancy will enable the establishment of an inventory of the situation of the media, their rights and powers, and to identify best practices in the fight against online hate and disinformation at the regional level. This will enable the creation of an effective intervention dynamic and a useful dialogue between the two countries.
Location of the mission: Republic of Guinea and Republic of Côte d'Ivoire
Start of the service: From mid-June 2022
Response to the call for tenders :
A letter of motivation (1 page maximum);

A technical and methodological proposal showing a good understanding of the reference offer for the assignment.
