👩🎓 200 Lagos schoolchildren, including 150 girls, have learned how to use the web responsibly.
They are now able to identify, analyze and react to cyber harassment, misinformation and privacy issues.
We would like to thank our partner SPACES FOR CHANGE for their involvement and the emulation created within the schools.
The deployment of this training activity has made it possible to :
- to create, at the request of teenagers, a hotline to record cases of cyber harassment. 📞
- integrate young people and teachers in the dissemination and reproduction of this awareness to the entire Nigerian population. 🗣
🤝 The e-RIGHTS project is supported by the European Union delegation in Nigeria. It aims to promote and protect freedom of expression in the digital world.
