LIBRE - Consultation framework for actors fighting against GBV!
As part of the implementation of the Fight against Impunity for Perpetrators of Gender-based Violence in order to Strengthen Gender Equality in Guinea (LIBRE) project financed by the European Union (EU), the consortium made up of Avocats Sans Frontières France, the Club des Jeunes Filles Leaders de Guinée (CJFLG) and the NGO CPDH Guinée organised a workshop for stakeholders fighting against gender-based violence (GBV) in Guinea on Saturday 17 August in Conakry.
The aim of the meeting, chaired by the Ministry for the Advancement of Women, Children and Vulnerable Persons via Ms Fatoumata Traoré, National Director for the Advancement of Women, was to improve coordination between stakeholders, ensure the reliability and consistency of data sources and promote synergy between actions to effectively combat GBV in Guinea.
A large number of Guinean stakeholders, from civil society, the authorities and institutions, took an active part in this meeting, and we would like to thank them for the discussions that took place!
