As part of the belated celebration of Women’s Month, ASF France, through the LIBRE project (combating gender-based violence), took part in the activities of the LANGNI FAN project run by Terre des hommes, with financial support from the European Union Delegation in Guinea.
💬This collaboration resulted in a visit to Conakry Central Prison, followed by an educational talk for female prisoners, focusing on their fundamental rights and legal procedures.
✅Furthermore, the Club des Jeunes Filles Leaders de Guinée (CJFLG) led an educational talk on gender-based violence, with a particular focus on female genital mutilation, as part of the ‘Combating Impunity for Perpetrators of Gender-Based Violence to Strengthen Gender Equality in Guinea (LIBRE)’ project, in collaboration with the European Union and Terre des Hommes’ RedIR-VBG project.
✊Together, let’s break the silence.
